Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, schedule meetings, perform clerical duties, and track packages.
They will work independently with minimal supervision, follow established procedures, and exercise limited discretion to solve problems.
This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, have strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

- Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
- Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival
- Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms
- Perform general clerical duties including distributing office faxes and packages
- Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
