About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed in their jobs, and building relationships with key clients to establish long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Management: Ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and provide ongoing coaching and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand and minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for new employees or existing staff members who are being promoted to new positions within the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
