Human Resources Associate Role

This is an opportunity to join a diverse HR team that supports various aspects of human resources. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support our business units in different areas of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize HR policies, processes, and standards to align with company strategy.
  • Improve team efficiency by enhancing HR workflows and delivering effective solutions.
  • Partner with business units to identify organizational needs and support HR strategy execution.
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Build positive employee relations and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and cultural values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, graduating between 2025 and 2026, any major.
  • Strong logical thinking, fast learner, self-driven, data-savvy, and resilient under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with strong service orientation.
  • Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset with strong execution abilities.
