Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Production Operations Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and organizing production job sheets and related documentation.
  • Updating production records promptly to maintain accuracy and traceability.
  • Cordinating with printing, finishing, binding departments and external vendors to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Operating small digital printing machines (e.g., Konica Minolta) to ensure consistent output quality.
  • Monitoring inventory of printing materials (plates, paper, ink, chemicals, etc.) and reporting shortages or issues.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting minor issues on the production floor and escalating technical problems when needed.
  • Following up on production timelines for customer orders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Adhering to company safety protocols and keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
