We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Airfreight Customer Service Executive to join our team at RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the administration of cargo bookings, including loading flight reservations into the system template and ensuring all data is accurately updated.
  • Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and handle inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.

Other duties as assigned.
