Finance Strategic Leader

This role requires a strategic leader to oversee the finance organization, ensuring accuracy, quality, and speed in various activities including financial reporting, technical accounting, compliance, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Group Controlling function, providing leadership to Group Consolidation & Corporate Reporting, Group Technical Accounting, Finance Shared Service Center, and Group SOX teams.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Group financial statements in compliance with IFRS, SEC regulations, and other applicable standards.
- Manage group external audits and maintain relationships with auditors.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support mergers and acquisitions processes to ensure proper accounting treatment on complex transactions.
- Drive efficiency gains in transaction processing through standardization, automation, and ongoing transformation efforts.
Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of financial regulations, management skills, and ability to drive business results.
