Customer Success Manager II, Enterprise/Specialized Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager II to join our team and help drive growth and loyalty for our clients.

In this role, you will take on a hybrid of Enterprise and Scale accounts, largely focused on accounts in Thailand, and be responsible for success, implementation, and project management.

You will own customer relationships and adoption, empowering Braze utilization and value for your book of business, and advocate customer feedback to our product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage and provide strategic advice to customers on how to better engage their customers with Braze
  • Work with Onboarding Managers and other Success Partners to seamlessly transition clients from onboarding to ongoing active users
  • Drive feature adoption through targeted on-going training of clients
  • Maintain ongoing regular contact with clients and solicit and synthesize customer product feedback towards product development ideas

Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional experience with at least 2-4 years relevant experience in a related area, such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning and growth
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
