Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive at CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share and revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Identify and prospect new clients for car rental services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing rental deals and driving revenue growth.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field.
  • No experience required.
  • Must possess Class 3 A driving license (with min 1 year experience).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills preferred.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the car rental industry, fleet management, and market trends a plus.
  • Able to converse fluently in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
