Junior/Senior Jewellery Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior/Senior Jewellery Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support while maintaining high levels of product knowledge.

About the Role:
  • Daily store operation & housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas meet company standards.
  • Ensuring daily stock inventory: Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards: Create visually appealing displays and maintain a professional store appearance.
  • Attending client inquiries and feedback: Respond promptly to client queries and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support: Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide product advice and recommendations: Offer expert advice on products, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process: Assist clients with repair requests, communicating with suppliers and managing the repair process.
  • Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP): Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and conducting cash counts.
  • Cash counting: Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Opening closing safe box: Ensure the safe is opened and closed securely, following company protocols.
  • Complete task assigned by manager: Complete tasks and projects assigned by your manager, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report: Maintain accurate records, preparing reports and performing administrative tasks as required.
