Job Title: Luxury Jewellery Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced luxury jewellery consultant to join our team. As a luxury jewellery consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.


Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and meet sales targets
  • Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:
  • Min 1 year experience in High-End Retail
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
