Carrie K. is seeking a talented Jewellery Sales Consultant with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. As Singapore's acclaimed fine jewellery brand creating meaningful, modern heirlooms, we seek the special someone who is passionate about sales and sparking joy in people's lives. We help celebrate clients precious milestones, from Engagements to weddings and anniversaries with wearable wishes and reminders of what is important in life.

The Role
You'll guide clients through selecting or commissioning the perfect jewellery pieces for their special occasions. This position combines product knowledge with relationship-building skills to create memorable client experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on suitable jewellery for milestone occasions using expert knowledge of gems and design
  • Ask insightful questions to help clients discover what they didn't know they needed
  • Be an attentive listener to create win-win solutions for both clients and Carrie K.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Build and maintain a client portfolio to proactively achieve sales targets
  • Manage client design orders and follow ups with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is well-presented
  • Create appealing visual displays that elevate the brand experience

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quick to learn new software applications
