The role of a Jewellery Sales Consultant is to strategize and drive sales. You will have the opportunity to engage with high-net-worth clienteles.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To attend to client sales and enquiries
- To plan and execute a systematic approach to book client appointments
- To find new customer leads and ensure all leads are systematically followed up
- To review and ensure consistency in our SOPs for our clients

**Qualifications and skills**
- Classy and tasteful with a natural flare for luxury sales
- Relevant experience in luxury jewellery retail is a huge advantage
- Experienced in dealing with high-net-worth customers
- Gemstone knowledge a plus (On job training will be provided)
- Good time management skills
- Has EXCELLENT command in English. Any other language such as Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiar and frequently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom and open to learning new softwares.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Minimumly holds a diploma or degree in a relevant field. Experience and performance would be more important.

**Remuneration**
- Monthly fixed pay and high sales commission
