Job Overview:

The Regional Corporate Governance Lead will spearhead the implementation of corporate governance policies across our Southeast Asia region, ensuring seamless integration with global standards and company policies.

This role requires a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive business strategy and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-merger integration: Reform our compliance and corporate governance system to align with global standards and ensure effective integration within our group companies.
  • Regional Corporate Governance: Promote compliance, corporate governance, and legal matters across our regional structure, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Business Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and optimization of business strategies for the Southeast Asia region, aligning with the headquarters' strategy in Japan.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation and Market Research Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and conduct market research to drive business growth.
  • Analytical Capability and Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and business acumen to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
