- Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals and strategies for field development.
- Support sales leadership with online and offline meetings, training, and engagements with the field.
- Develop and implement creative engagement strategies to support sales promotions.
- Generate reports to track sales team performance and ensure goals are met.
- Sales Recognition:
- Facilitate sales team participation in recognition efforts.
- Assist in recognition efforts at sales events.
- Coordinate monthly advancement shout outs with the sales team.
- Sales Training, Webinar, and Event Coordination:
- Coordinate sales training and webinars.
- Send meeting invites and Zoom links to speakers and collaborators.
- Arrange guest speakers.
- Facilitate translation when needed.
- Coordinate with the communications team to promote and communicate with attendees.
- Facilitate recording and rebroadcast of webinars.
- Post webinars to channels.
- Manage webinar playlists.
- Coordinate sales events, including venue selection and management, travel, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, speaker coordination, and attendee communication and management.
- Gather event feedback, prepare post-event reports, and prepare event calendars.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support sales leadership with administrative functions as needed.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Assist in presentation creation.
- Monitor the business builder Facebook group and advise the team when commenting is required.
- Submit marketing support and IT requests.
- Monitor the sales inbox and report issues to the appropriate department members.
- Assist with reimbursement requests and payment reconciliation for event expenses.
- Schedule zooms/calls/meetings for sales leadership.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, send out meeting minutes, and conduct follow-up as appropriate.
- Send gifts/flowers/cards/etc. to leaders and contacts as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Project management experience would be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
- Multi-tasker and strong attention to details.
- Proficient in various events-related software, tools, and applications.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel.
