Key Responsibilities
  • Field Development:

  • Sales Recognition:
    • Facilitate sales team participation in recognition efforts.
    • Assist in recognition efforts at sales events.
    • Coordinate monthly advancement shout outs with the sales team.
  • Sales Training, Webinar, and Event Coordination:
    • Coordinate sales training and webinars.
    • Send meeting invites and Zoom links to speakers and collaborators.
    • Arrange guest speakers.
    • Facilitate translation when needed.
    • Coordinate with the communications team to promote and communicate with attendees.
    • Facilitate recording and rebroadcast of webinars.

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Support sales leadership with administrative functions as needed.
    • Make travel arrangements.
    • Assist in presentation creation.
    • Monitor the business builder Facebook group and advise the team when commenting is required.
    • Submit marketing support and IT requests.
    • Monitor the sales inbox and report issues to the appropriate department members.
    • Assist with reimbursement requests and payment reconciliation for event expenses.
    • Schedule zooms/calls/meetings for sales leadership.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, send out meeting minutes, and conduct follow-up as appropriate.
    • Send gifts/flowers/cards/etc. to leaders and contacts as needed.
    • Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the direct selling industry.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Project management experience would be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
  • Multi-tasker and strong attention to details.
  • Proficient in various events-related software, tools, and applications.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel.
