Lead Transaction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transaction professional to lead our team in executing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely updates on deal progress.
  • Address any client-related issues in collaboration with the MD/Director/Senior VP to ensure resolution.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
Transaction Execution
  • Provide strategic support to the senior team during execution to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Manage the operational aspects of prospective deals from origination to conversion into clients and finally into mandates, utilizing industry expertise and business acumen.
Supervision and Guidance
  • Develop comprehensive financial models using Excel and other tools to inform business decisions.
  • Carry out in-depth financial analyses, including DCF, Proforma earnings, accretion/dilution, and sum-of-the-parts to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Deal Generation
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of various companies and industries to identify potential opportunities.
  • Build extensive knowledge and data for current and upcoming transactions, leveraging industry connections and market intelligence.
General Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business objectives, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to comprehend both qualitative and quantitative data and communicate clearly, effectively conveying insights and recommendations.
  • Good understanding of the sectors and industries that we focus on, with a deep knowledge of specific sectors/industries, including their issues, trends, and outlook.
