We are looking for a skilled Property Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless operation of our Property Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and filing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support, including phone support, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in lease administration, including tenant communications, insurance verification, and contract management.
- Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices.
- Assist in bidding process and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and code invoices for approval.
- Manage office supplies and maintain the property maintenance work order system.
- Track and file contracts and insurance certificates; maintain follow-up system for expirations.
- Prepare monthly reports on property maintenance and purchases.
- Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
