Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and filing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support, including phone support, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in lease administration, including tenant communications, insurance verification, and contract management.
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices.
  • Assist in bidding process and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and code invoices for approval.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain the property maintenance work order system.
  • Track and file contracts and insurance certificates; maintain follow-up system for expirations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on property maintenance and purchases.
  • Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients.
