Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and pricing for project tender submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BQ) and costing for project Tender Submission.
  • Analyse tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements.
  • Familiarity with Design & Build Tenders is preferred.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Tendering.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
