Senior Commercial Insight Manager

A seasoned Commercial Excellence & Enablement Executive is required to strengthen commercial decision-making and optimize sales operations in a leading FMCG brand. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds as Business Analysts, Commercial Analysts, or Sales Enablement Executives who thrive in data-driven, collaborative environments.
Job Description
This dynamic role involves driving commercial insights, sales enablement, and process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Profitability Analysis: Analyze top-line and bottom-line metrics to guide commercial strategies; identify volume-mix shifts, optimize product mix, and improve margin contribution.
- Commercial Enablement & Process Optimization: Implement and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency and reduce manual workload; prepare reports tracking project KPIs, milestones, and outcomes.
- Strategic Support & Initiatives: Support presentations, negotiations, and projects with ad-hoc analysis; deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.
- 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional, data-driven environment.
