Freelance ABA Therapist/Behavioural Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Freelance ABA Therapist/Behavioural Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral therapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, utilizing ABA strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement home-based support and provide regular updates on the child's progress.
  • Work closely with other professionals, including therapists and educators, to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach to the child's development.
Requirements:
  • AHPC registration (Allied Health Professions Council) required for therapists in related fields.
  • A degree or certification in ABA Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy or behavioral interventions for children with special needs.
  • Strong understanding of ASD and other developmental or behavioral disorders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
