Singapore AUTISM RECOVERY NETWORK (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Conduct initial consultations with each client and perform diagnostic assessments.
- Meet with the family, healthcare professionals and educators to obtain better insight into each child’s presenting concerns.
- Conduct naturalistic observation of each child within individual and group settings.
- Creating simulated conditions to observe the behaviour of each child.
- Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to each child's cognitive, social, emotional and sensory needs.
- Oversee the implementation of the plan through scheduled supervisor visits to sessions
- Manage a team of behavioral Therapist
- Supervise and monitor work progress and performance of behavior therapist, provide comprehensive support and guidance.

**Requirement**:

- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis/ Pyschology/ Special Education or related human services field
- Minimum ten years of proven experience in the analysis of behaviour (ABA VB Therapy) and training related to working with children who have Autism and developmental disorders.
- Competence in behaviour management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication including preparing IEP (Individual educational plan) report writing, organisational skills and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work with a variety of clients with regards to age, functionality, and with mínimal direction
- Ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of DTT and NET programming and implementation
- Willing to work in multiple locations (Centre, home, school)
- Passion for working with children and the special needs community
