About the role

As a Senior Behavior Therapist at Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive behavioural therapy services to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients (open to part-time applicants as well - salary range indication is for full-time).

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior therapy
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the therapy team

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree or higher in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience delivering behavior therapy servicesues
Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
Experience with autistic kids/preschoolers are preferred
