**Job Position**:Behavioral Therapist (Part Time Position)

Looking for creative, fun, and passionate individuals with 2 or more years of experience in ABA Therapy, or with working with children with special needs such as Autism and Global Developmental Delay.
We are looking for Therapists to work on a contract/freelance basis with a flexible schedule.

**Work Experience/Requirements**:

Experience in working with children with special needs in either a school setting or a private setting.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Knowledge in Speech & Language concepts, teaching occupational skills, and teaching academic concepts.
- Proficiency in English with good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Creativity in preparing learning materials/tasks and goals for sessions.
- Patience and ability to work and interact well with children with special needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1-1 home-based session.
- Conduct Behavior and initial assessments.
- Write session notes, session goals, and IEP’s.
- Come up with goals/tasks to work on with the child based on their skill level.
- Be creative in implementing new tasks based on the child’s preference and motivation.
- Write monthly reports on the child’s progress and acquired skills.
- Provide updates/strategies to the child's parents after each session.
- Report back to supervisor after every session.

**Job Type**: Contract/Freelance.
