We are looking for energetic & fun-loving individuals who enjoy working with children to fill up our freelance, part time and full time positions as a **Shadow Teacher **and a **Behaviour Therapist **. Prior experience working with children is preferred but not compulsory. Applicants should be passionate to teach and nurture young ones and most definitely, have patience with our special little ones. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct individual and group therapy sessions and/or provide shadow support in mainstream preschool and primary school settings
- Analyze behaviors of students and implement strategies with supervisor
- Design and implement differentiated lesson plans for students of different learning needs and support required
- Provide parents with verbal and written feedback, and strategies that they can implement at home after session
- Data collection and tabulation after each session to track student’s progress
- Preparation of session materials and term-based progress reports
- Collaborate with various stakeholders i.e. Allied Educators, parents and teachers to provide holistic support and generalisation of learning for students

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/

Special Education/Psychology or its equivalent
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Flexibility in working hours
