Administrative Support Professional
Role Overview:
The role of Administrative Support Professional is to provide high-quality administrative support in setting up new courses and maintaining existing courses in the system. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering SSG-funded and non-funded CET courses end-to-end, including supporting logistics setup and operations for CET courses, handling course administration, and assisting learners with troubleshooting system access issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support in setting up new courses and maintaining existing courses in the system.
- Administer SSG-funded and non-funded CET courses end-to-end.
- Support logistics setup and operations for CET courses, including on-site support for face-to-face sessions.
- Assist CET learners in troubleshooting system access issues.
- Maintain CET documents, templates, and records in shared drives and SharePoint.
- Support digitalisation of CET records and processes for greater efficiency.
- Maintain and update CET databases for reporting and analytics.
- Handle enquiries received via the generic email account.
- Create and update CET collaterals, flyers, and website information.
- Update user and training guides for CET learners and staff.
- Compile FAQs for use by staff and learners.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- At least a GCE 'A' Level or Diploma qualification.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
