Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a laboratory compounder. This role involves preparing trials as requested by perfumers, customer service, and evaluators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working with fragrances.


The successful candidate will be responsible for dosing raw materials with high accuracy, using tablets and barcode readers to update consumption records, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. They will also work closely with the IT team to update raw material movements in SAP.


As a key member of our laboratory team, the compounder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. They will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow safe working procedures, and complete tasks efficiently.
