We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Canopy Hawkers Group PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of Singapore's Hawker Centres, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.
- Oversee tenancy operations, including onboarding and offboarding of tenants, conducting routine inspections, and managing arrears.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and environment of the Hawker Centre, working with contractors and stakeholders as needed.
- Address feedback and appeals professionally and engage with stakeholders to implement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Take a lead in planning and coordinating activities such as fire drills, quarterly spring cleaning, and community events.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in managing a similar scale of estate.
- Diploma holder.
- Strong passion in Singapore food culture.
- Enjoy field work and comfortable in hawker centre environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to maintain composure under challenging circumstances.
- Independent, motivated, resourceful, and meticulous.
- A good team player with leadership qualities.
- Good incident management and communication skills.
- Physical work and heavy lifting required, with full vaccination.
- Able to perform rotating shift work, including weekends, Public Holidays, and after office hours when required.
