High-Performance Radar Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Radar Systems Architect to spearhead the design, development, and validation of advanced radar systems. This critical role involves architecting state-of-the-art systems, developing robust signal processing algorithms, and ensuring seamless integration with RF front-end components. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation in radar technologies by optimizing system performance, conducting real-world testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop radar systems that meet technical and operational requirements.
- Develop and validate signal processing algorithms and radar architectures.
- Architect and validate RF front-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with radar systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of radar solutions in real-world environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in radar system design, signal processing, and architecture.
- Proficiency with radar architecture, including system testing and validation.
- Solid understanding of circuit design principles and RF engineering concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional and diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to innovate under pressure.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with industry-standard RF design tools and testing equipment.
- Experience in radar system performance evaluation and optimization.
- Knowledge of various radar technologies and applications.
- Prior experience with 24, 60, or 77 GHz radar systems is highly desirable.
