We are seeking an experienced Radar Systems Architect and Signal Processing Expert to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced radar systems. This critical role involves architecting cutting-edge systems, developing robust signal processing algorithms, and ensuring seamless integration with RF front-end components. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in optimizing system performance, conducting real-world testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in radar technologies.

Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in radar system design, signal processing, and RF engineering. Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and designing radar systems to meet technical and operational requirements.
  • Developing and validating signal processing algorithms and radar architectures.
  • Designing and validating RF front-end systems for seamless integration with radar systems.
  • Conducting testing, debugging, and validation of radar solutions in real-world environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Performing circuit design and modifications to improve overall radar performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field, with strong experience in radar system design and signal processing. Proficiency in radar architecture, including system testing and validation, is also essential. Solid understanding of circuit design principles and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, are necessary skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with industry-standard RF design tools and testing equipment, experience in radar system performance evaluation and optimization, knowledge of various radar technologies and applications, and hands-on RF design and validation experience in 24, 60, or 77 GHz are preferred qualifications.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
