About the Role
This is a key strategic advisory and consulting position that ensures alignment between organizational strategy and local execution. The Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global business partners to develop and execute strategies that align with business unit goals and objectives.
- Talent Management: Assist senior leaders with planning and preparation for the annual talent cycle, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and performance evaluation.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning for high-potential employees.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
- Presentations: Create and deliver presentations to communicate business initiatives and updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering and/or HR-COE roles, preferably with cross-country team leadership exposure.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization structure.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, including project scoping, execution, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Strong business acumen and broad exposure to HR processes and solutions.
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, combined with at least eight years of experience in business partnering roles.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly valued.
