As a member of our Academic and Student Affairs department, you will be responsible for supporting students and faculty members to prepare students for their future professional career. Your mission will involve actively promoting student mobility, managing student records, and providing support for overseas immersion field trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organization in organizing events and activities that promote student mobility;
- Ensure the physical welcome of all students and attend to their enquiries and requests;
- Manage suspension or withdrawal requests from students;
- Ensure student records are up-to-date and aligned with relevant requirements;
- Support the Academic Department in organizing industry relations and career-related activities;
- Provide support for overseas immersion field trips and accompany students on the trips when required;
- Support operations in other departments as assigned, including support for examinations and coordinating events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- At least two to three years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality/event industry or in the field of education;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a business environment;
- Able to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment;
- A self-starter with a service- and customer-oriented mindset;
- Suitable to travel;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and other communication platforms;
- Experience in student counselling and/or student administration;
- Experience in an academic environment.
