
Academic Operations Coordinator

This position plays a vital role in the daily operations of our Academic department. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to academic inquiries via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Liaising with agencies, organizations, and groups for academic matters.
- Planning and executing academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Managing surveys, compiling data, and tabulating results.
- Overseeing the filing, storage, and security of academic documents.
- Assisting with examination planning and administration.
- Organizing principal dialogue sessions and lecturers' sharing events.
- Preparing meeting minutes and reports.
- Monitoring students' attendance and ensuring compliance.
- Anticipating needed supplies and resources.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, administrative support experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
