Freight Sales Coordinator
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with sales personnel to coordinate and follow up on shipment arrangements, including air freight, sea freight, and trucking.
You will also be responsible for preparing quotations, negotiating rates with shipping lines, and checking/sharing shipping documents. Additionally, you will verify incoming invoices and hand them over to the finance department for further processing.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Word and Excel.
