
Centres Administrator

A front desk administrator is required to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy centre.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and handling all incoming telephone calls and enquiries, as well as corresponding with clients.
- Enrolling new students and coordinating teacher schedules.
- Assisting the Centre Manager in all matters at the Centre.
- Maintaining the Centre's common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
- Maintaining petty cash, keeping proper records which are to be submitted on a monthly basis.
- Collecting assessment fees and term fees, issuing receipts accordingly.
- Receiving applications for assessment or term fees.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the sales & marketing team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- GCE 'A' level or diploma holder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
