Job Overview

This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining the Slate platform, which involves setting up and managing databases, supporting CRM systems, managing data imports/exports, developing reports and dashboards, and providing user support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Configure and maintain the Slate database, including application forms, portals, workflows, and automations.
  • Crm Support: Support CRM and related systems, including troubleshooting and assisting with implementation.
  • Data Integration: Manage data imports/exports, ensure data accuracy, and support integrations with campus systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and queries to support decision-making and monitor performance metrics.
  • User Support: Provide user support, training, documentation, and act as the primary contact with the software provider.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
