Job Title: Technical CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Configuration and Management: Assist in maintaining and customising the Slate database, including designing and updating application forms, automations, and portals for applicants and staff to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support for CRM & Other Technologies: Provide technical assistance with configuration, troubleshooting, and system implementation after the initial Slate setup.
  • Data Management: Ensure smooth integration with campus systems such as the Student Information System (SIS) and NTU.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in configuring, supporting, and maintaining our Technolutions Slate platform, which is critical to the student admissions process. They will be responsible for ensuring system stability, optimising data integrity, developing reports, and providing technical support across departments.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm).
  • Working Location: West.
