HVAC System Specialist

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. Your primary goal is to maintain a safe, healthy, and productive work environment by troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and cleaning equipment, checking refrigerant levels, and performing filter replacements.
- Investigate and resolve system malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
To excel in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is typically required, along with relevant work experience in HVAC engineering. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Information System (EIS), is also highly desirable.
