About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Demand Manager APAC to join our Global Demand Management organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating sales and business development plans into a consensus forecast that will drive our supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize monthly demand review meetings with sales, marketing, and business development colleagues to gather market insights and sales strategies.
  • Drive discussions and negotiations with sales teams to adjust sales forecasts and deliver a regional consensus forecast.
  • Provide input and represent the region in the global Consolidated Demand review to support a demand-driven S&OP process.
  • Support customer order prioritization and allocation in times of shortage.
  • Ensure market and commercial priorities are reflected in S&OP plans.
  • Liaise with Product Management teams to set up and execute new product launches and phase-in/phase-out processes.
  • Develop and present a monthly demand forecast using statistical models and historical data.
  • Manage forecast models to achieve high statistical output and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Communicate and drive improvement on demand-related KPIs.
  • Improve demand management and sales forecasting processes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in multinational corporations or global organizations.
  • Experience working with advanced supply chain planning software and tools.
  • Ambitious and eager to develop and learn.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective collaborations.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
