Job Title: Senior Manager, Processes

The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager Processes & Systems is to standardize and optimize processes across the region and support the transformation to a global platform, driving continuous improvements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and process across ocean and air freight, road and rail transportation, brokerage, and value-added services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in deployment of global standard processes, digital solutions, and change management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardizing and optimizing processes across the region.
  • Supporting the transformation to a global platform.
  • Analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing end-to-end process standardization and process efficiency.
  • Implementing the CargoWise One system application and new digital solutions across countries, aligning processes to global standards.
  • Managing the planning and delivery of training to ensure end-user comprehension.
  • Providing regional support and being an escalation point for the global team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimal 10 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, Air-, Ocean-, Road- and Rail Freight, Brokerage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and process across ocean and air freight, road and rail transportation, brokerage, and value-added services.
  • CargoWise One application functionality knowledge (CargoWise Professional certified preferred).
  • Experience in deployment of global standard processes, digital solutions, and change management methodologies.
  • Solution-driven with the willingness and ability to align to a standard and implement innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills – Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and execute on assigned deliverables.
  • Facilitation skills - emphasis on coordinating relationships with internal functions/groups; ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas.
