Franchise Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our global franchise growth strategy.

The primary focus of this role is to build international brand interest, recruit qualified franchise partners, and position our F&B brand for sustainable global expansion.

You will drive franchise development strategies, identify target markets, and lead the full sales process from prospecting to final agreement.

This includes conducting market scans, building pipelines of prospective franchisees, and negotiating franchise terms.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in F&B franchising, strong international business development experience, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Develop and implement franchise development strategies to generate international interest in the brand.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target regions and assess market readiness.
  • Build relationships with prospective franchisees and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Represent the brand at international industry events and conferences to showcase franchising opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver franchisee training, brand standards compliance, and operational support.

You will also monitor franchisee performance through regular reporting and business reviews, identifying growth opportunities and addressing operational gaps.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.

They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
