Business Strategy Associate Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Associate. The successful candidate will have the chance to gain direct exposure to business operations, regulatory affairs, and wealth management.
Job Description:- Oversee order processing and manage office operations, vendor coordination, and support functions.
- Coordinate with nominee directors, corporate secretaries, and accountants across ASEAN.
- Assist medical device registration dossiers with regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia.
- Operate and manage global drug and alcohol testing programs.
- Attend and represent the Founder in meetings with clients, partners, and regulators.
- Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and analyze investment portfolios, financial reports, and performance updates.
- Liaise with financial advisors, bankers, and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Open to fresh graduates; training and mentorship will be provided.
- Strong interest in business strategy and investments.
- Comfortable with numbers and financial data; strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Office-based role.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- $3,300 - $3,500 monthly salary.
