About the Position:
- Leadership and Operations Management: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of a collaborative team effort to manage daily bar operations.
- Service Delivery and Logistics: Assume responsibility for bar preparation, stock levels, and timing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Environmental Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run bar environment that meets high standards, guaranteeing drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety protocols are upheld at all times.
- Team Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with the head bartender to oversee cost management, quality control, and training new staff members.
