Executive Culinary Team Member

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a luxury setting or Michelin restaurant. They should possess a passion for culinary excellence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, evaluating, and motivating kitchen staff to maintain cultural values and food production standards. They will assist in recipe development, ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes, and control food quality, portions, and inventory.
