Job Title: Culinary Team Member

Culinary Team Members are vital to our kitchen's success, working closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute dishes from your assigned section with precision, consistency, and high presentation standards.
  • Work directly on or around the open-fire grill, managing heat and timing for optimal flavor and texture.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in mise en place, service, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards according to internal SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
  • Participate in daily prep, service, and post-service duties with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Receive and store deliveries properly, maintaining stock rotation and quality checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a refined or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with grilling techniques, live-fire cooking, and flavor layering.
  • Basic knife skills and understanding of mise en place systems.
