Culinary Team Member

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on live-fire grilling, precise execution, and refined plating standards.
Key Responsibilities- To prepare and execute dishes from your station to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
- To operate and manage the open-fire grill safely, efficiently, and with proper heat control.
- To work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- To monitor mise en place and stock levels, communicating needs for replenishment or ordering.
- To support junior kitchen staff with guidance and quality control.
- To adapt quickly to changes during service and contribute to maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
- A proven track record as a Culinary Team Member in a fine dining or upscale culinary setting.
- Experience in working with open-fire or charcoal grilling.
- A passion for flavor, technique, and high-level presentation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- An excellent team player with good communication skills.
