Job Title: Lounge Assistant

About the Role:

The Lounge Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the Airport Transit Lounge. This includes tables, chairs, and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the lounge.
  • Perform general cleaning duties as allocated and take responsibility for your designated section and station.
  • Assist guests with directions and requests in a friendly and approachable manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or airline lounge is preferred.
  • Must be approachable, friendly, and courteous at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and build good relations.
  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset.
  • High standards of hygiene and grooming are essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate basic English are required.
  • Ability to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
