Airport Lounge Operations Manager

Job Title: Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the daily operations of our airport lounge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experience and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shifts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and feedback.
  • Coordinate with various teams to maintain service standards.
  • Monitor occupancy, cleanliness, and service flow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-spot training to staff.
  • Handle incidents, emergencies, and irregular operations professionally.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or airline lounge operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with airport protocols, safety standards, and guest service systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
