Job Title: Hospitality Team Member
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hospitality Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a smile
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed
- Adhere strictly to all standard recipes, SOPs, and service quality standards during operations
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Requirements
- Knowledge of food handling hygiene basics is preferred
- Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained
- Enjoys working in fast-paced working environment
- Outgoing and friendly
- Attention to detail is essential
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
