Customer Service Representative Job Description:

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services in a clear and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information

Requirements:

  • Minimum O levels or Higher NITEC qualification
  • Experience in customer service or call centre environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
