About the Job:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance;
- Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities;
- Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation;
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards;
- Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements;
- Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization;
- Manage job posting and candidate sourcing;
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks;
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees;
- Organize company events and outings to promote team building and a positive company culture;
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, client meetings, and other events;
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace;
- Implement and update emergency preparedness plans as needed.
