About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance;
  • Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities;
  • Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation;
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards;
  • Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements;
  • Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization;
  • Manage job posting and candidate sourcing;
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks;
  • Respond to benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees;
  • Organize company events and outings to promote team building and a positive company culture;
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, client meetings, and other events;
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace;
  • Implement and update emergency preparedness plans as needed.
