We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to coordinate and execute outgoing shipping operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule export shipments via sea, air, and direct delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for shipment arrangements.
- Handle vessel bookings, container trucking, cargo inspection, fumigation, ventilation of wooden pallets, and documentation processing.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill Draft, and Insurance coverage.
- Liaise with customers to ensure compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.
- Verify and update freight bills against shipping data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and Letters of Credit.
- Familiarity with overseas shipping operations is an advantage.
